Our Return Policy
At Landbank plants store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of organic seeds, potted plants, berry plants, or live plants. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy to help resolve any issues.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened (where applicable)
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Product-Specific Return Conditions
Organic Seeds
If you buy seeds from Landbank and are not satisfied, you may return unopened seed packets within 30 days. Opened seed packets cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Live Plants and Potted Plants
Live plants and potted plants may be returned if they arrive damaged or dead. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged plants. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Berry Plants
Berry plants may be returned if they arrive in poor condition or fail to thrive within 30 days of planting. Please contact us with details and photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Flowers
If you buy flowers from Landbank and they arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used organic seeds
- Perishable items that have been opened
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account using Landbank login
- Navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the return instructions provided
- Alternatively, contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the receipt of your return
- We will inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Subscription fees for Landbank ibpiaccess or Landbank iaccess are subject to separate cancellation terms.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive the correct item quickly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
Subscription Cancellations
If you have a subscription with Landbank ibpiaccess or Landbank iaccess and wish to cancel:
- Log in to your account using Landbank login
- Navigate to your subscription settings
- Follow the cancellation instructions
- You may cancel at any time, but refunds for the current billing period are not available
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company
